Urethane Foam Chip Dog Beds

Our beds are filled with urethane foam chips that are light weight and made from the same foam that forms the base of high end memory an latex foam mattresses with 25 year warranties.  The stain-resistant pet bed is made with ultra-soft synthetic fleece your dog will enjoy laying on. The fleece color helps conceal any shedding from light colored pets. This bed's removable cover with hidden zipper is easy to wash in any machine. This pet bed also makes a great base for in wire crates, plastic carriers, dog houses, and the backseat of your vehicle. Measures 40 x 30 inches, and is recommend for animals weighing up to 70 pounds. This bed also makes a great lounger for kids or adults.

Urethane Foam Chips

Equivalent volume as 15lbs of polyester fiber fill (weight varies due to density of foam).  A superior  lasting filler at a cheaper price than polyester, this is the same foam that comes on mattresses with 25 year warranties.  Great for filling dog beds, child cushions or what ever creation you have in mind.
