Sham Stuffing and Drop Shipping Services

Pillowflex now offers sham stuffing services (zippered shams only).  This convenient service allows you to spend more time selling your product and less time worrying about labor hassle and cost associated with getting your pillow ready for resell.  This cost and time effective service starts from $.85 per pillow.

How it works: 

Step 1. When you are ready to have your shams filled first give us a call (770-463-2346) and let us know you would like to send in your shams for stuffing. 

Step 2.  Let us know how you would like your pillows to be packaged and we will be able to give you a quote and give you an expected ship time.

Step 3.  Mail your shams to Pillowflex, Inc 511 Tommy Lee Cook RD  Palmetto, GA 30268

Step 4.  We manufacture your pillow for you and return it to you or drop ship it from our factory.

Cost:

For a flat rate of $.85 per pillow (any size) we will stuff our inserts inside of your shams zip them closed and bulk ship the finished pillow back to you.  For this price you must order case quantities of the size you need listed on our wholesale page.

Additional services:

Place each individual pillow in a plastic bag $.15 each.

Don't need each pillow in its own bag but want them to be bagged to keep clean during shipping?   The cost is $.15 per bag used, call for an estimate of how many bags you will need.

Drop shipping:

Save time and money buy letting us drop ship your pillow for you

When you order case quantities we will drop ship to any US address Fedex deliverers to at no additional manufacturing cost to you, you simply pay our list shipping rate to the desired zip code.

If you need smaller than case quantities we can ship that also.  For the market price of the box we can ship any quantity you desire to your customer.  Note that unless you tell us in advance we will be shipping to commercial addresses all shipping rates will be assessed FedEx's home delivery fee, please note a business out of a home is considered a residential address.
