• If you are not sure what size inserts you need please order a sample
• We sell sample inserts for wholesale customers only, you must provide your business name and tax ID for sample orders or your order will not be processed.
• Samples are limited to 1 of each size
• We charge the wholesale price plus the actual shipping cost to get the samples too you.  To estimate your shipping charges when ordering full cases please use the add to cart feature on any item on the wholesale page.
• Payment is due at time of order for all customers we do not extend credit
• Samples are non-refundable
