Sizing Start by measuring your shams, pull tight along the outer seam and measure corner to corner, this should be done for all sham even if size is marked Please note your insert must be larger than your sham to correctly fill the corners of the sham and give them a nice even look. Small shams 10” to 17” typically need inserts 1” larger. Selecting the correct size
Synthetic down pillows weigh about 2.5 times the weight of a traditional pillow.
Fiber is the most expensive part of a pillow, if you see a competitor selling a synthetic down pillow for slightly more than a traditional pillow I would be cautious of the type of filler they are using and if it really feels like down.
Perfect!03/22/2019 BySheila Peters I have purchased the pillowflex down alternative pillow inserts and I love them. If you follow the directions for sizing you will get a nice plump fit and this material holds the chop if you are looking for that...just be sure that your cover is not too snug. The insert cover material is white, very smooth and tightly woven so it easily slides into the pillow cover. There is no odor. The filling extends to the corners for a nice full look. I put mine in the dryer on air fluff for ten minutes and it puffed right up. Highly recommend these inserts. I plan on buying them for my pillow covers from now on. Made in USA is a priority for me and I’m thrilled to be able to purchase such excellent quality. If you purchase one of these you will never go the cheap imported route again!
Best synthetic down inserts EVER01/17/2022 BySusan Woods I have been purchasing these inserts for over 5 years. The two I have in my home are 4 years old, sit on the two chairs that get used every day - many times a day- and have retained their shape perfectly. They are heavier than real down or poly fill but so soft yet substantial suppport. I have also purchased the feather/down inserts and the poly. Both are great although the feather inserts went a bit “flat” within 4 years with frequent use. I work at an upholstery shop and these are our inserts of choice. Only con is the cost of shipping! That tends to almost double the price IMPORTANT TO NEW BUYERS: Use the recommended sizing chart to avoid disappointing results!

Most of the pillows we make are between 12x20" and 24x24" and we agree with the Pillowflex recommendation that inserts sized two inches larger than the cover produce excellent results. We get constant feedback from experienced customers that these are the best inserts in their collection. The weight, fill, and consistency of manufacturing is superb. Another home run!05/07/2019 BySheila Peters I’m so happy with these pillow inserts. They are reasonably priced, generously sized, soft but firm and hold a karate chop perfectly. I use them as sham stuffers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insert that is a down alternative. I personally think these respond better than down because they do not go flat . I make purchasing USA made goods a priority and I was so happy to find pillow Flex! This was not my first order and it will not be my last. I plan on replacing every down insert I own! Don’t hesitate to buy them.

Synthetic Down Alternative09/27/2021 ByMae Garrett Love these inserts for my couch and chairs! They are so soft, yet hold the shape and you can karate chop them, and it stays also. After looking everywhere in stores and online, these were the best deal that I could find. I am glad I went with the Pillowflex brand. I am very happy with the quality and pricing. I ordered them and they arrived the very next day! No issues with packaging either. I am planning to order some for all my bedding next! These are the best!

I had tried other pillows, but these shams never seemed full and always looked sad and droopy. These pillows fill out the shams perfectly--according to the sizing guide!--and look FULL and are so comfortable to lean against when sitting on the bed. I'm so thankful I gave them a try. I'm ordering more in different sizes now & updating all our droopy shams!

Great Pillow02/25/2019 ByAngela Sims I love these pillows! One thing I do wish is that on all of your pillows, there would be sizes on the tags. We have to measure them if they get mixed up and have accidentally sent out wrong sizes to customers. I noticed that all of our pillow inserts that we have used from other companies include this so it would be nice to add sizes to these as we have now exclusively started selling your pillow inserts.
